Javier Carbajo
Javier Carbajo helps middle managers grow into strategic leaders who delegate with confidence, think beyond their function, and turn alignment into results. Over 15+ years, he has coached more than 100 multinational teams at AIRBUS and trained 400+ US managers. His leadership programs, team coaching, and executive coaching are grounded in real data, so change sticks. An MBA (Boston University) and ICF PCC, he serves as an examiner and supervisor for the Co-Active Training Institute. A fourth-generation entrepreneur, he has lived in four countries and coaches in English, Spanish, and French from Dallas.
Christopher Stratford
Christopher helps organizations navigate the people side of major change. After a Master's in Agricultural Engineering and Renewable Energy, he began his career with the United Nations in Tanzania, then earned his MBA. Since then he has guided cultural change and integration through mergers, acquisitions, privatizations and other transformations for more than 100 public and private institutions in over 80 countries.
Christy Kercheville
Christy helps leaders communicate with impact, engage their teams and perform at their best. A former telecommunications leader, including Manager of Learning & Development at Verizon and Director of Training & Quality at MobileCOMM, she now coaches and trains leaders at Fortune 500 companies in the Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, and Aeronautical Manufacturing (AIRBUS) sectors amongst others. Her expertise spans executive and public-speaking coaching, culture change, safety leadership and train-the-trainer programs. She is certified in Myers-Briggs, DiSC and Organizational Savvy, and holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
